Hi!, I’m John Arnold. Welcome to Christ, Yoga, and You, where faith and yoga blend for transformative growth. As a pastor and yoga practitioner, I’m here to strengthen your yoga and faith practices through practical step-by-step instruction, so you can live a more peaceful and purposeful life.

This isn’t your typical studio-sytle yoga focused on improving your health, though I share numerous tips from my own practice. So, I’ll definitely help you learn and do yoga better. But frankly, I am more concerned with helping you get grounded in your mind, body, and spirit, so you can honor God with this one precious life he’s gifted you.

How do I do that? aka What will you get here?

  • Yoga instruction that helps  you connect to your body and build self-awareness. The benefits of this are almost too many to list, but suffice to say – you’re going to let go of a lot of stress and live life more mindfully, so it’s richer.
  • Everything done from a place of striving to honor God, so I keep things Christ-centered, and biblically strengthened. I seek to be Spirit-led in what I prepare and offer.
  • Practical tools from my years of experience as a pastor, yoga instructor, and helping countless people level up their lives.
