Gentle Evening Chair Yoga, 30 minutes
Due to a hand injury I’ve been leaning on chair practice as my norm for the past two weeks. This 30 minute practice is also representative of what chair practice looks like during my Tuesday evening class when we do chair yoga, with two exceptions: those classes are one hour and I toss in standing poses as well.
Chair yoga is a fantastic option if you have mobility issues that prevent you from readily getting up and down off of the floor. Or, in may case a hand or arm injury prevents you from doing anything weight bearing with you arms.
